So they can eb adjusted to anybody's eye-width. When wearing the 'bino-glasses'. The focal point is about 8-10 inhces in front of your nose. So i guess these should be worn slightly down the bridge of your nose if you are moving around. Unless you rae busily inspecting your favorite close-up subject.
The lenses are glass. There are a fwe very minor scratches on the lenses.
